Shoppers have already made it through Black Friday and Cyber Monday, but it doesn't stop there.
Good Question: What is Green Monday?
Its down to the wire in the holiday shopping season.
Monday December 13th is a day where many of you may have sat down to frantically order online.
"Green Monday is one of the busiest on line shopping days of the year," says Susan Koeppen a CBS Consumer Correspondent.
The second Monday of December is basically a trigger day for all those shoppers who realize they're behind when it comes to making a list and checking it twice.
"Its the day that most shoppers realize that you know what I'd better do my shopping today to make sure those packages get there on time for Christmas," said Koeppen.
Monday alone on-line shoppers were expected to rack up a billion dollars in sales, its also a big day for shippers as well.
Fed Ex says this is the busiest shipping day for them as you can imagine a monster day for retailers a monster day for shippers as well," said Koeppen.
Fed Ex says it will handle some 16 million packages on Green Monday, that's a 12% increase from last year.
Time is ticking though to make sure those packages ordered on-line are delivered on time.
" Two thirds of retailers say that standard shipping will expire on or before December 18th, so that is Saturday," said Koeppen.
Procrastinator don't worry if you miss this Saturday's deadline there is always express and priority shipping, but its going to cost you.
Friday December 17th is known as Free Shipping Day.
You can go to FreeShippingDay.com to find a list of those retailers.
There are about a thousand retailers taking part, but remember to read the fine print not everything will qualify.
Sometimes there's something in place like you have to spend $75 or more to get free shipping.
