2 onions
7 garlic cloves
3 lbs buffalo meat
Salt & pepper
3 tablespoons chili powder
3 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 small can tomato past
3-28 oz cans fire roasted crushed tomatoes
Saute onions about 15 minutes, add garlic, continue sautéing for another 3 minutes. Add meat until lightly browned. Add remaining ingredients and simmer on low for 30 minutes-1 hour.
