Crust: 1 stick of butter, 1 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts), 1 cup of flour. Mix ingredients and press into a 9” pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Cool in the freezer.
Layer 1: ½ lg container of cool whip, 1 cup sugar, 1 8 oz package of cream cheese. Mix ingredients together and spread over cool crust.
Layer 2: 1 lg package each of instant chocolate and vanilla pudding, 3 cups of milk. Mix together until stiff and smooth over layer 1.
Layer 3: sliced bananas (optional)
Layer 4: Other half of cool whip, spread on top of bananas and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
