Heat 1 tablespoom olive oil in a pan.
Sauté 5 garlic cloves for 1 minute.
Add 1 pound of shrimp, 1/2 cup white wine and sauté until liquid is reduced by at least half.
Finish with 2 tablespoons of butter, salt & pepper, and Siracha hot sauce to your liking.
Serve as an appetizer or entree with any sides you like!
