GLASGLOW, Ky. (AP) - A construction worker has been killed and three others injured when a retaining wall collapsed as they were working on a road project on Kentucky 90 in Glasgow.

The Glasgow Daily Times reports 63-year-old Kenneth E. Decker of Bee Springs died and three others suffered non-life-threatening injuries on Tuesday when the nearly completed wall fell.

Barren County Coroner Mike Swift told the newspaper that officials think the four workers were on top of the form "when it toppled over." Decker was pronounced dead at the scene. A female worker was flown to University of Louisville Hospital and two male workers were taken to a local hospital.

The names of the injured weren't immediately released.
