A woman who police say has HIV, and bit a gas station clerk during a robbery in Danville, will be back in court.
Victoria Spoonamoore is charged with attempted murder in the attack which happened September 11th at Chill's Quick Stop.
The clerk who was bitten is now home and receiving medical treatment.
Spoonamoore's preliminary hearing is set for 1:30 Wednesday afternoon.
