Police Search For Robber
Police are searching for a man who held up a Lexington restaurant early this morning.
A man help up the Perkins restaurant on Richmond Road just before 4:30 this morning.
Employees say the man placed an order and then implied he had a weapon. The employee handed over some cash and the man left the restaurant and got into a waiting car. The manager followed the robber outside.
The getaway vehicle is described as a dark green passenger car. Police say two other people were waiting for the robber in that car.
Employees say they know who the man is and police are now looking for him at his last known address.
The suspect is described as a white man with brown hair. At the time of the robbery, he was wearing a red and white striped shirt and long pants.
