A grand jury has indicted a couple and their son for criminal abuse in Frankfort.

Investigators say they found a 99-year-old man locked in a bedroom in the couple's home.

They say he was covered in feces and filth. They also say they found two children, ages 10 and 12, living in horrible conditions with garbage and roaches all over the house.

The 99-year old is now in an assisted living home.

Officials tell 27 NEWSFIRST the 99 year old man, Cantrill Quire, is the father of Jean Flood.
