Firefighters Suspect Arson In Winchester Fire

Firefighters in Winchester say an early Friday morning fire appears suspicious.

It broke out on Seaboard Street near the railroad tracks.

Firefighters say this is the third time the house has caught fire this month.

Friday morning, the house burned to the ground.

It's been vacant for more than one month.
