Woman Accused Of Killing Boyfriend In Court

In court today a Lexington woman accused of killing her boyfriend has been ordered to undergo a mental evaluation.

Police say Dana Gilliam stabbed Timothy Roseberry after an argument at their home in Eastland Mobile Home Park.

Family members claim is was self defense because the couple had a history of domestic violence.

She was indicted on murder charges earlier this month.

Gilliam's next court appearance is scheduled for November 9th
