Winchester Police are still investigating a stabbing Monday afternoon where the victim was stabbed in front of children.

People living on Hidden Hills Way in Winchester say a man ran from Gary Court in between two homes that face Hidden Hills before he collapsed in a driveway.

"They wasn't sure if he was going to make it," explained Teresa Riddle, who lives in the home where the man was found.

Neighbors living on Hidden Hills called 9-1-1 and tell 27 NEWSFIRST that they saw police take one person into custody after paramedics rushed the stabbing victim to the hospital.

"You know it is very concerning," continued Riddle, who has lived on the street for more than three years. "Very concerning because we have children that play on the sidewalk."

Police have not released the name or condition of the victim, nor have they commented on whether any arrests have been made.
