Kidnapping Suspect Enters Guilty Plea

A Lexington man accused of kidnapping his girlfriend and her young son changed his plea on Thursday morning. Brian Tichenor pleaded guilty to amended charges.

His kidnapping charges were downgraded to unlawful imprisonment. He's charged with fleeing or evading and abuse.

Police say Tichenor forced the a woman and her son into a car back in June. Police eventually caught up with Tichenor after a foot chase.

With the plea, he faces up to four years. Final sentencing is set for later this month.
