A Lexington woman is safe and sound after going missing early Sunday afternoon. 51-year-old Anna Catherine Phillips who suffers from short term memory loss, went missing around 2 p.m. Sunday after attending church services. When she didn't return home Phillips brother-in-law called 911. A massive air and ground search began and four hours later Phillips was found in a friends car. Her friend says he found her near her old residence, so he was trying to help her find her way home because she couldn't remember where she lived. Police finally tracked the vehicle she was in using the project life saver program.
