Man Exposes Himself At Goodwill Store

Video will be available shortly

A central Kentucky woman wants to put parents on alert after she says she witnessed a frightening incident this past weekend at a Frankfort store.

The woman says she saw a man expose himself to a young child at the Goodwill store.

Now, she's taking action.

She didn’t want to be identified, but says what she witnessed Sunday afternoon needs to be told, so it doesn't happen again.

A Franklin County woman says she saw a Hispanic man exposing himself to a small child. She ran to the manager, who called police, but the flasher quickly fled the scene.

Until an official police report is filed, Goodwill says its hands are tied, but store officials say it will fully cooperate and support any investigation.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, late to mid 20's, with black hair. He was last seen wearing olive green pants and a blue football jersey.

If you see a man that matches the suspect's description, you are asked to contact the Frankfort police.
