New information about the man accused of robbing a Lexington bank at gunpoint Tuesday.
Police say the man who robbed the First Federal Bank on Tates Creek Road is likely responsible for at least six other bank robberies.
Two of those were at the same bank in June and July.
The rest were at other banks in Lexington and Louisville.
Witnesses say that around 11 am Tuesday morning, a man entered the bank, armed with a handgun, and demanded money from three tellers.
The suspect then took off into a wooded area.
The suspect is described as a while male, around 5'8" and 180 lbs. He was last seen wearing a black bandanna, sunglasses, gloves, and a dark blue or green hooded sweatshirt.
