A heavily traveled street will be in for a major lane change Tuesday.
People will be parking and riding bikes on one lane of Vine Street in downtown Lexington.
One lane will basically be parking and a bicycle lane during off-peak hours.
During rush hours, cars can't park there and bicyclists have to use a lane near the curb.
City officials say message signs will tell drivers if the parking lane is open or closed.
