Guilty Plea In Frankfort Arson Case

A central Kentucky man says he's responsible for an arson that burned a big section of downtown Frankfort.

Stephen Malcolm entered a guilty plea this afternoon in federal court in Frankfort for the fire last March at St. Clair Mall that left more than a million dollars in damage.

Malcolm faces up to 20 years in prison and a 250 thousand dollar fine.

His sentencing is scheduled for January 30th of next year.
