Four Hospitalized After Ohio School Shooting

CLEVELAND (AP) - Officials in Cleveland have announced that public schools will be closed tomorrow in the wake of today's shootings at an alternative high school.

Mayor Frank Jackson says a 14-year-old student killed himself after opening fire at the downtown SuccessTech Academy.

Jackson says four people were shot. He says two adults are in stable condition, and a 14-year-old boy will be kept in a hospital overnight with a gunshot wound to the side. The mayor expected a 17-year-old boy would be released after treatment for an elbow wound.

Jackson calls what happened a tragedy. He says the city and its schools will learn from it and make adjustments.

Police Chief Michael McGrath says investigators found two weapons at the scene.
