Kentucky National Guard Unit Receives Deployment Orders

A Murray-based Kentucky National Guard unit learns they will be heading to Iraq.

136 soldiers with the 438th Military Police Company are expected to leave for New Jersey in November where they will train for three months before they're deployed to Iraq.

This will be the company's second overseas deployment in support of the Global War on Terror.

The unit will be responsible for military law enforcement.
