Deadly Wrong-Way Crash Still Under Investigation

A central Kentucky woman is dead after sideswiping two cars and colliding with another on Interstate 75.

While driving in the southbound lanes, 78-year-old Lillian Delph of Richmond crossed over in the northbound lanes and was pronounced dead by police after a head-on collision with an oncoming car.

The SUV was being driven by James Sorrel of Lexington, who is still recovering at UK Hospital.

The drivers of the two sideswiped cars were not injured.

The accident is still under investigation by Kentucky State Police.
