A Lexington man arrested for raping an 89-year old woman has been ordered to have a mental evaluation.
Bond for 44-year old William Anderson has been set at five thousand dollars.
Police say he raped a woman who lived at Pimlico Manor Nursing Home.
Court records show he forced his way into her room last month.
Anderson is charged with second degree rape.
