Frankfort Worker Dies After Fall

Video will be available shortly

An investigation is underway in Frankfort tonight after a worker falls to his death at a construction site.

It happened this morning along U.S. 60 near the Interstate 64 interchange.

That's where a new Kohl's department store is being built.

Police say the man, 53-year-old Noble Cox of Miamisburg, Ohio, was the supervisor on scene from a subcontracting group Capitol City out of Ohio.

Cox was talking to some of his workers, when he somehow fell 18 feet.

Police have turned over the investigation to O.S.H.A officials, calling it a tragic accident.

Officials say they expect to have autopsy results by tomorrow.
