It's official. A Kentucky man, accused of robbing banks in six states, will be coming back to the bluegrass state.
Tony Artrip waived extradition at a hearing in Pittsburgh. He was arrested there on Monday after a standoff with police.
Artrip escaped from the Grant County Jail in June and was featured on the U.S. Marshal's 15 Most Wanted list.
Marshals say he'll be brought back to Lexington to face federal robbery and escape charges.
