A double murder suspect wanted in South Carolina , appears in a central Kentucky courtroom.
Nicholasville police arrested Joshua Phillips just after 6:30 p.m. Saturday after he lead police on a foot chase; breaking into two homes on Christopher drive in the process.
Police eventually caught up with Phillips in an empty house where he was hiding in the attic.
Police deployed a pepper ball to drive him out of the home.
Phillips appeared before a judge in Jessamine County Monday morning.
Phillips is wanted out of Marion County South Carolina for two counts of murder.
