Video will be available shortly

He's accused of murdering two people in South Carolina.

But after several days on the run, police finally get their man here in the bluegrass.

Officers found 19-year-old Joshua Phillips over the weekend in Jessamine County.

Police had been searching for Phillips for nearly two weeks. Police in Nicholasville say someone gave them a tip Saturday that he was in the area, and that he had even bragged about being on the run.

Phillips is accused of shooting and killing two people at a Marion County, South Carolina night club two weeks ago. Saturday night, Nicholasville Police got word he was seen at a Circle K.

Police then spotted his car, and chased him into a neighborhood. He eventually ran into an abandoned home, where he was arrested.

Phillips is scheduled to be back in court Tuesday for a status hearing. He also has a preliminary hearing on more charges he's facing here in Kentucky next week.
