One man is in custody this morning and another dead after a shooting in Magoffin County overnight.
The shooting happened in a trailer in the Fritz community.
State Police troopers found 47-year old Claude Edward Bailey dead on arrival from a single gun shot wound.
Police charged Terry Paul Patrick with first degree murder.
Police say the shooting stemmed from an argument.
