Internet Predator Under Arrest

A Green County man is under arrest after police find evidence of a relationship with a minor.

39-year-old Timothy Richerson is accused of using the Internet to communicate with an under-aged female.

Earlier this month, officials obtained a warrant to search Richerson's home in Greensburg.

That search included an Internet investigation, after which the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force was contacted.

Kentucky State Police say Richerson also traveled to Richmond, where he had sexual contact with that minor.

Richerson is due in court October 19th for a preliminary hearing.

He is being held on a $10 thousand full cash bond.
