Trees Down, Lights Out After Storms
Many are noticing the damage left over from storms. Heavy rain and wind swept through overnight.
The storms knocked down trees in Clark, Madison and Franklin counties.
In Lexington, power was knocked out to the Fontaine/ Chinoe Road area, including the stoplights.
Power outages were also reported in Danville.
Dispatchers say it is widespread in the west part of town, stretching from Main Street to Perryville Road to the bypass.
No injuries reported from these storms in central Kentucky.
