Remembering A Horse Racing Legend

Today, a special memorial service honoring the life of legendary race horse was held at the Kentucky Horse Park.

John Henry passed away at the Kentucky Horse Park two weeks ago.

Former Governor Martha Layne Collins and hall of fame jockey Chris McCarron spoke at the event.

John Henry's final resting place can be visited during normal park hours.
The site is next to the Hall of Champions.
