It's been two and a half months since a well-known Montgomery County man was found dead inside his home.
58-year-old Carl Bartley had been shot.
Police still haven't made any arrests in the case and his family is frustrated his killer is still on the loose.
"it's time for justice, I just want someone to be arrested, " said Mattie Lou Bartley, Carl's mother.
Bartley talked with her son everyday and when he didn't check in on July 31st she knew something was wrong.
Police found him later that day.
Mattie Lou says she stays in touch with detectives. She says they tell her they're waiting for more lab results to prove who killed Bartley.
The Commonwealth's Attorney says the Bartley case is an ongoing investigation and could take several weeks to complete.
He says he will only take the case to a grand jury when the investigation is finished.
Police have interviewed several people about the murder, but so far Bartley's killer remains on the loose.
