A man is in jail in Southern Kentucky for downloading child pornography right in front of police.
Williamsburg police say they were called to the Whitley County library Friday afternoon after several people saw a man looking at child porn on the internet.
A detective says he stood and watched as 43-year-old Robert C. Hilliard visit web sites showing children in sexual situations.
Hilliard is charged with voyeurism and possesion of matter portraying a minor in sexual performance.
