Benefit Held For 13 Year-Old Lexington Girl

Updated: Sat 12:25 AM, Oct 20, 2007

A special benefit was held Friday night to raise money for a 13-year old Lexington girl who suffers from a rare spinal condition.
Amber Rayburn has transverse myelitis. The condition left her paralyzed from the waste down in August. Amber has been undergoing therapy at Cardinal Hill, but she still needs special treatment out of state; which will require more money than the family's insurance can provide.
If you want to help, donations can be made at any Lexington Central Bank location for the Amber Rayburn fund.
