An investigation underway in Allen County after a man is found murdered at a boat ramp.
Officials found the body of Luis Rodriguez, 45, yesterday morning.
Police are 'not' saying how he was killed, but they think it happened in neighboring Barren County.
That's where state police later arrested David Houchens, 37, on an unrelated charge.
Authorities say Houchens is a person of interest in the murder.
