An inmate who escaped custody in Estill County is back in jail.
Kentucky State Police arrested Larry Arvin, early Monday morning.

Arvin was on his way back to the Estill county jail last week from a doctor's visit. But, police say Arvin got out of the vehicle at the jail, and ran off into a wooded area.

Arvin was wearing handcuffs and leg restraints when he got away.

He's charged with second-degree escape.
