Inspectors Look At Bridge, Damaged By Truck

A damaged overpass shut down part of New Circle Road for several hours on Monday.

Police say a truck, hauling a backhoe, clipped the underside of an overpass used by Lexmark employees. That's near Newtown Pike

One of the beams suffered some significant damage and state highway inspectors were called out to take a look.

One lane was shut down for much of the day, but is now back open.
