A central Kentucky man, charged with murdering his parents six- months ago, appeared in court in Scott County on Tuesday afternoon for an arraignment.

Anthony Gray was arrested over the weekend.

Police say he shot Jim and Vivian gray to death in April inside their Scott County home.

In court, Gray had a not guilty plea entered on his behalf on two charges of murder and tampering with physical evidence.

Gray's attorney requested his $500,000 bond be reduced, but instead the judge increased that bond to one million dollars. He's being held in the Scott County Detention Center.
