Garrard County Meth Bust A husband and wife face charges after police find an operating meth lab at their Garrard county home Saturday
Police arrested Russell and Nancy Wagner at the home after finding meth-making ingredients and the actual meth product.
Police say they were alerted of the meth lab from neighbors.
