A man accused of killing a Carter County family is in court fighting for a lower bond.
Robert Drown, Jr. faces three counts of murder.
Police say Drown killed Jennifer Ison and her two daughters, ten-year-old Shanna and three-year old Marissa.
Police say he then set their home on fire.
He's pleaded not guilty to the crimes.
Drown appeared in court today, where a judge heard testimony from a State Police Arson Investigator and a State Police Detective.
Both men testified to evidence found at the crime scene, as well as evidence found during examination of the victims bodies.
Drown's bond request was denied.
A pre-trial hearing was set for December 17th.
Officials say Drown will not go to trial until the summer of 2008.
Prosecutors have said they intend to seek the death penalty against Drown if convicted.
