A body is found along a Rowan County Road, and investigators now say they suspect foul play.

Police say Timmy Scott Riggs was shot last night on Raven Woods Road in the Clearfield Community.

Police found Riggs after a neighbor heard gunshots and called 911.

Police haven't made an arrest, but do say they have some persons of interest they're now interviewing.
