MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - General Mills says it's recalling almost five million frozen pizzas sold under the Totino's and Jeno's label because of possible E. coli contamination.

The company says the problem may come from pepperoni produced at an Ohio plant. General Mills says state and federal authorities have been investigating 21 E. coli illnesses in 10 states.

Eight of the cases were reported in Tennessee, with the other cases found in smaller numbers in Kentucky, Missouri, New York, Virginia, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Wisconsin and South Dakota.

Nine of those 21 people reported eating Totino's or Jeno's pizza with pepperoni topping at some point before becoming ill.

I guess we need to take some advice from Nickelback's song "Rockstar" and stay skinny cause we just won't eat.

I guess we would be better off eating the box the pizza came in!! This is happening way too much. I am always afraid to buy anything at the grocery in fear of seeing it recalled...What is the consumer supposed to do?
