It will be another two months before we hear any more in the case of a Louisville college student accused of killing her baby.
19-year old Katie McCoy is accused of giving birth in her dorm at Bellarmine University and leaving the infant to die.
A Louisville newspaper reports McCoy was supposed to have a hearing this morning, but that's been delayed until January to give the defense time to evaluate the evidence.
