Nearly four years after police found an Eastern Kentucky family murdered inside their burned out mobile home, police arrest a man they say is responsible.
Chris and Amanda Sturgill and their three young boys were murdered in February of 2004 in Leslie county.
From day one, police considered a man who was staying with the family, Clayton Jackson, a suspect.
Wednesday, a grand jury finally returned an indictment against Jackson.
State police arrested Jackson in London and charged him with five counts of murder, arson, and theft.

PIKEVILLE, Ky. (AP) - An eastern Kentucky man has been charged with murdering a family of five nearly four years ago.
Kentucky State Police Detective Johnny Griffith says Clayton Jackson of London was arrested and charged with five counts of murder after a grand jury indicted him on Wednesday.
Jackson is being held at the Laurel County jail. He also faces charges of arson and theft.
Chris and Amanda Sturgill and their three small children were found dead in their burned out mobile home in rural Leslie County in February 2004.
