Church Rebuilds After Fire

Updated: Mon 12:18 AM, Nov 12, 2007

A new beginning Sunday for a Harrison County congregation that lost its church to a fire.
The Benson United Methodist Church burned to the ground in 2005 after taking a lightning strike.
Since then, members have had to hold services in a nearby elementary school, but after lots of hard work they were able to raise money to build a new church.
It was dedicated Sunday during an open house.
