School Bus Crash Leaves Students Stranded

Updated: Mon 5:46 PM, Nov 12, 2007

Emergency crews are on the scene in Letcher County where two school buses full of students have collided.

It happened on Route 7 in the Blackey Community. That road was closed in both directions after the crash, but has been reopened.

Our crew on the scene tells us one bus turned in front of the other, which led to the crash.

We're told no students were hurt.

School officials brought in other buses to take the stranded students home.
