LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) - Sports marketing giant I-M-G is buying a Kentucky communications firm best known for broadcasting University of Kentucky sports.
The deal for Host Communications is worth about 74 (m) million dollars.
Host's headquarters will stay in Lexington.
Jim Host, the former Kentucky commerce secretary, says the deal was great for the two companies. He founded the company in 1972.
I-M-G is based in London, England, and has about 60 offices in 30 countries.
