A college professor from Rowan County won't be in court for several months because according to court officials, she's checking into a rehabilitation facility.
Noelle N'Daiye was supposed to appear before a judge today on charges she endangered the welfare of her infant daughter.
She's accused of smoking crack with the baby in the car.
N'Daiye is an assistant professor of government at Morehead State University.
She'll be back in court in May for a check on her progress.
