In Montgomery County, a hearing was held today for a man accused of murdering his step-daughter.
Police arrested Michael Neace in January for Christina Woods' death.
The teen's body was found in the family's burned home last December.
She had been strangled. This morning, lawyers on both sides met to decide what's next in the case.
If convicted, Neace could face the death penalty.
