Investigators say an argument between an Oldham County couple turned deadly this afternoon, and it happened right in front of one of their own children.
It happened around one this morning in Westport where police say 51-year-old Charles Dye shot and killed his estranged wife, Tasha, then he turned the gun on himself. Police say Dye shot his wife in the head with a small handgun in front of their 13-year-old daughter.
This is the first murder in Oldham County in more than a year
