If we'd tighten the DUI Law to .06, and make a mandatory 30 day jail sentence for first time offenders, 60 day for second time, 180 day for 3rd, and 1-5 years for each subsequent offense...it would be lowered even more. There is NO excuse to be drinking and driving. There are too many taxis, buses, and people willing to give you a ride home. Most bars or bar staff would arrange to help you find a ride home. If you plan AHEAD, you will not ever have to worry about getting a DUI, and the people won't have to worry about a drunk-driver hitting and killing their entire family on the roadway.

That's because the idiots are now getting killed on ATVs but they are also killing their kids with ATVs as well.
