A Kentucky based soldier has died from injuries he received while fighting in Iraq.
The military says Staff Sergeant Jonathon Martin was hurt by a roadside bomb back on November 9th. He died on Thanksgiving Day.
He was based at Fort Campbell, which is in Christian and Trigg Counties.
Martin served with the 101st Airborne Division.
